Mitchell Expressway Wreck Kills One

The Alaska State Troopers report that a three-car wreck on the Mitchell Expressway Wednesday evening killed a Fairbanks motorist. The wreck involved a Honda Pilot, a MV Investments truck and black pickup of unknown make and model. Icy roads apparently contributed. Either the Pilot or the black pickup truck crossed into the southbound lane.

We will report again as facts become public and families are notified. When we learn more, we will explain the civil law and insurance claim issues arising from this wreck.
