Homer Roberts Dies In ATV Accident

The AP reports that Homer Roberts was killed in an ATV crash near Delta Junction, Alaska on August 19, 2007. It appears that his ATV rolled while on a trail near town. He was travelling with a family member.
It is VERY important that the Roberts family get the final police report. Though this may take months, be tenacious. The final police report may show why this wreck occurred. It's good for closure. Also, if there was any culpability on behalf of the other family member [Read: contributing fault because somebody just made a mistake], then his/her automobile insurance may cover this loss. The family may be entitled to bring a claim against this insurance, insurance that the Roberts family paid for and that should be there for them in this time of loss.
