Adam Milazzo was convicted of second degree murder for the drunk driving death of Gene Burch. The wreck occurred at the corner of Northern Lights Boulevard and Boniface Parkway on July 13, 2006. While fleeing police, a drunk Milazzo ran a red light, crashing into People Mover bus driver Gene Burch, who was on his way home from work.

Gene Burch's wife, Jill Burch should immediately file claims against Milazzo and against Burch's own insurance carrier for Underinsured Motorist Claims. Punitive damages are available.
